Fourth grade, 1996

Chapter One

     I was born in San Diego, California.  The day I was born was May 22, 1986.  I was not born at a hospital, I was born at my house on accident.  I was born at 8:30 AM right around when my Mom and Dad go to work.  They went in a room then I was born.  We came out and my brother and sister weren’t surprised when I came out of the room with my Mom.  Then I went to the hospital I weighed 9 lbs. and was 21” long.

     I am tall and skinny.  I have brown eyes and brown hair.  I have very slow, popping out teeth.  Everybody in second grade had lost a couple of teeth and I was still working on one.  I didn’t think I would ever lose one.  But near the end of school I finally lost one.  I got a pencil as a prize from my teacher.

     I have one brother and one sister.  My brother is 4 years older then me, and my sister is two years older than me.  Sometimes they’re okay but most of the time they’re not very nice to me.  They’re nice if there are other kids around.  They are the worst on three day weekends when we don’t go anywhere.  My Grandma and Granddad on my Dad’s side are pretty close to our house.  My uncle and aunt are even closer.  The rest of the family are very far away, I even have an uncle and aunt in Japan.

     I lived in one house for one year and one for eight years.  The one I’m living in now has four stories counting our basement.  I have 3 yards and a pool.  I always lived in Mission Hills.
